Meet Your RMT

Lotus RMT was founded by Arbind Bhangu, a Registered Massage Therapist and UBC Kinesiology graduate who later completed his massage therapy training at Toronto’s Sutherland Chan College of Massage Therapy.

Working with clients in gym settings since 2016 and in massage therapy since 2021, Arbind focuses on improving long term health outcomes by understanding each client’s daily habits and introducing small, sustainable changes that compound into meaningful results.
